Dorthe Fogh Iversen is a seasoned leader and consultant with over 20 years of experience in strategic leadership, business development, and the life science industry. As the founder of Helping People, she dedicates her expertise to helping individuals and organizations navigate transitions, unlock and explore their potential, and foster a healthy, sustainable work life.
With a professional foundation as a Pharmacist (Cand. Pharm.) and a career spanning executive roles in the pharmaceutical industry in clinical development, in commercial operations and in member organizations, Dorthe brings together deep industry insight with a genuine passion for people development.
Leadership Development & Coaching
Dorthe’s leadership approach is built on trust, empowerment, and appreciative methodologies. Having held both director and management positions, she understands the realities, complexities and demands of leadership firsthand.
She is a trained and experienced coach, with expertise in a variety of different leadership tools such as MBTI, SLII (Situational Leadership II), stress management among others.
As a certified stress coach she has a particular focus on supporting leaders under pressure and helping them build resilience and sustainable ways of working. Drawing on her own experiences her goal is to ensure that no leader stands alone when facing stress, transition, or difficult decisions.

As the former Director of Pharmacy Development at the Danish Association of Pharmacies, she was responsible for developing and implementing member services, training programs, and sector-specific initiatives – always with a strong member- and customer-centric focus

Her commercial background includes extensive experience in sales, marketing, and market access from leading pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer and Merck Sharp & Dohme.
